Exchanges and Returns
RETURNS (14 DAYS)
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return. All items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all protective materials and original labels attached.
FULL-PRICE ITEMS
Full-price items may be returned within 14 days for a refund to the original form of payment.
DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Items discounted by 29% or less may be returned within 14 days for an online gift card. The gift card will be issued once the return has been processed.
FINAL SALE
Items discounted by 30% or more are final sale and cannot be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item shows signs of wear, use, washing, or alteration, or if it is not in its original condition.
Refunds are issued only when all return requirements and procedures have been properly followed.
RETURN COST
A fixed 5% restocking fee applies to all returns.
This fee does not apply to exchanges or to returns resulting from our error (including manufacturing defects or incorrect items, sizes, or colors).
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact info@vimonte.ca within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
EXCHANGES (14 DAYS)
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for lost or undelivered exchange shipments, and we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Some items are marked as pre-order and are made specifically for you once your order is placed.
Delivery for pre-order items may take an additional 10–25 days.
Pre-order items are not eligible for refunds.
RETURN & EXCHANGE SHIPPING COSTS
All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not cover return or exchange shipping fees.
