PROCESSING TIME
Standard orders are processed within 3–7 business days before shipment.
Priority orders are processed within 1–3 business days and are placed at the front of our packing queue.

Delivery estimates are based on a five‑day workweek and do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight‑forwarding companies, as all packages require a signature from the recipient. In certain cases, such as deliveries to remote areas, exceptions may be made at our discretion. If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us by the carrier, a $25 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

TAXES AND OTHER FEES

Canadian customers: Orders are subject to 5% GST and any applicable provincial taxes.
International customers: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to your order.

VIMONTE is not responsible for customs clearance fees in your country or for any delays caused by customs processing. We are also not responsible if postal or customs authorities do not notify you that a package is awaiting payment of duties or taxes, or for any delays this may cause.

Please note: Shipping to your selected country may be subject to local taxes and duties. VIMONTE ships worldwide using priority services through DHL or UPS for most shipments.
