Ordering and Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping in Canada and the continental US on all orders

over $300.

Orders take 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped.

Standard shipping within the United States takes between 3-10 business days.

Standard shipping within Canada takes between 3 - 10 business days.

International shipping takes between 3 - 14 business days.

Need it sooner? Express shipping rates are available and calculated at checkout.

Delivery estimates are based on the five-day workweek and do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

We do not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarding companies, as our packages require a signature from the recipient. Exceptions may be made under special circumstances, such as deliveries to remote areas. If the delivery fails and the package is returned via the postal service, a $25 restocking fee will be deducted from the recipient's total refund amount.

Shipping of fur products is prohibited to Israel, California, and certain cities in Massachusetts (Wellesley, Weston, Brookline, Plymouth, Cambridge)

TAXES AND OTHER FEES

Canadian customers: Products are subject to a 5% GST sales tax and any applicable provincial taxes.

International orders: Customers are responsible for covering any applicable duty fees and taxes related to their order.

VIMONTE is not responsible for customs clearance fees in your country or for any holding times of packages by customs. We are also not responsible for notifications by postal authorities for packages awaiting payment of customs, duties, and taxes that may cause delays.

Please note: Shipping to your selected country is subject to local taxes and duties. VIMONTE ships products worldwide using priority shipping through FedEx or UPS for most shipments.
